New Zealand (Aotearoa in Maori) is a country located in the Southwestern Pacific Ocean which consists of two main islands. Although it is a small country compared to its neighbour Australia, New Zealand is about 7 times bigger than Taiwan. Queenstown (in the center of the South Island) attracts more than 3 million tourists to the country every year.

查詢最新價格與開放時間 Check the updated price and opening hours )坐纜車上山除了可以享受獨一無二的遙望皇后鎮美景，很多遊客推薦的知名午晚餐吃到飽Buffet 也吸引了很多人前來享用(建議先預訂)。山上有雪橇滑板車，是我第一次在紐西蘭嘗試。速度比想像中的快，即便我的手已戴了手套也快凍僵，但真的很刺激好玩! 此公司在北島羅托魯瓦(知名溫泉和毛利文化觀光園區的城市)也有纜車和雪橇滑車，但景色跟皇后鎮的山湖景有些差異，很推薦那裏的雪橇車道比皇后鎮長且是在森林裡不斷穿梭很有趣。
Queenstown Gondola is one of the best places to enjoy the views of the lakes, mountains and city. If you have spare time, many people also recommend trying the lunch or dinner buffet; it is a well-known restaurant with great views (booking essential). There is also a luge ride at the top of the mountain - it was my first time riding a luge, and it was very exciting and fun (although my hands were freezing!). Skyline Gondola has another luge ride in the North Island in Rotorua. If you get a chance I suggest to go to that luge too as the Rotorua forest track is even longer and more exciting.

市區街景和吃喝推薦 City Tourist Spots
1) 菲格漢堡店官網Fergburger 這是第一間我看過在紐西蘭營業超過12小時的漢堡店。除了連鎖店以外，營業時間: 8am-4am。 有絡繹不絕的遊客，比臉還大的漢堡。知名饕客推薦"鹿肉漢堡"，我個人嘗試了牛肉，很多汁但要趁新鮮吃因為漢堡麵包容易濕掉。隔壁的菲格麵包店是同個集團，超級推薦酥脆美味的可颂，店氣氛也讓我聯想起在德國麵包店的情景。
Fergburger is recommended by almost everyone in the town. The signature burger is venison, however I tried the beef one which was very tasty. You definitely need to eat it fresh and hot, before the sauce soaks into the bread. The next door Fergbaker is also a must try, I have bought some croissants and they are crunchy outside and moist inside. So yummm. Don't miss it.

2) 美味豬肋排Flame Grill 這家美味的美式餐廳是我們在市區遊晃想找午餐時的意外發現。很多部落客和旅遊網的推薦，它位於二樓。餐點送來後，份量真的很足夠，且非常美味，肋排要吃的是有些湯汁的口感，感覺比一些連鎖店更美味。饕客千萬不可錯過(午餐有時候有特惠)。
We found this nice restaurant while we were wandering in the town and looking for a lunch place. It is located upstairs and was a really nice surprise. Sometimes they provide lunch specials. Foodies should definitely try their ribs which are very tender and juicy.

轉角遇到＂它＂，有著歐式古堡和現代的外觀超吸睛，一進去後發現有如精品的甜點和獲獎無數的冰淇淋，更令我驚呀的是如泉水般的巧克力不斷流出。熱愛甜點的人千萬不可錯過！
This classic dessert shop is located in the center of town. The outside of the building combines modern and ancient architecture. Award-winning ice creams and non stop running chocolates are an amazing way to finish a day. Definitely a must stop shop if you are a big sweet tooth like me.
箭鎮 Arrowtown
19世紀著名的掏金鎮，當年住了許多華人礦工移民和歐洲聞風而來的掏金客。距離皇后鎮約20分鐘的車程。現在市區留下了當年的古蹟建築和一些歷史的氣息。彷彿坐了時光機回到200年前的過去，適合花點時間慢步走在市區細細享受。
Arrowtown was a famous gold mining town in the 19th century, where many Chinese and European migrants lived. There are many historic buildings left behind from that period, which are worth taking some time to enjoy while walking in the town. It takes about 20 mins driving from Queenstown.

米佛峽灣 Milford Sound
(世界文化遺產和魔戒取景 World Heritage site & part of Lord of Ring scenes )
由於米佛峽灣的車程離皇后鎮約288公里，光車程來回就約8小時，建議預留一天的時間。我們報名了一日遊的團，早上7點從飯店門口接駁出發，晚上7點左右回到飯店。司機一路上會幫我們介紹跟停留一些景點含船上自助午餐。蠻推薦跟團的因為大部分是山路，冬天路上會有一點冰，自駕須小心。
We took a day tour (booking essential). Milford Sound is quite far from Queenstown, about 288 km one way. You will need to reserve a full day if you want to go. We were picked up at 7 am and returned to the hotel 7 pm. The whole journey took around 12 hours which included a couple of stops and a lunch buffet on the cruise ship.
