上次興奮的急著與大家分享我在澳洲墨爾本的咖啡心得未來得及加入中文...
最近終於有時間慢慢的重新整理本篇的"咖啡之旅" ,希望對現在或未來對咖啡課程或澳洲咖啡文化有興趣的人做參考囉!
近年來因為打工渡假簽證的熱潮, 鼓勵所有年輕人, 前往世界各地打工並賺取旅遊經費,小編我也是持此簽證去上課兼打工與渡假的, 但近一年酸甜苦辣的等改天再與各位分享!
以下就讓我們慢慢用視覺品嚐澳洲咖啡&美酒囉~
It's been a while since my last post about Tokyo, Japan. During the last months, I was preparing to travel again to another country in the Southern part of the world, it seems like traveling is becoming part of my life and I really enjoy it in getting to know more diversity culture in the world.
The country I am relocating to now is very famous for the movie "Lord of Rings" - New Zealand. But before I get to know more about the coffee culture here, I would like to share with all of you that the memorable Barista training course in the country where is famous for Kangaroo and Koala- AUSTRALIA "OZ".
恩~~~話說我與咖啡的緣份頗深的~要從某年談起。曾在某公司任職的我, 一個美麗的邂逅讓我開始擔任與咖啡機製造與行銷的PjM,從一個單純的消費者跳進一個幕後供應鍊製造商的觀點是截然不同的,除了幸運的在國內外展會上與世界頂尖的咖啡品牌接觸外, 公司內的同事與主管皆是動輒超過10年以上的咖啡達人(感覺好像在咖啡博物館工作哈哈)! 在忙碌的工作中, 自己煮咖啡與同事討論咖啡漸漸成了一個興趣與愛好,耳濡目染之下對"咖啡"的理解與要求也越來越高~
咖啡的沖泡方式種類非常之多, 但我個人偏好義式高壓咖啡機, 因為看的到那層厚厚的"Crema"咖啡的油質, 香氣與口味也特別濃郁(當然這也要取決咖啡豆的烘焙輕/中/重...)
好吧~以下就讓我們一起跨越時空來看看澳洲墨爾本咖啡之都的盛名囉!!!
Being a project manger in the industry of coffee machine manufacture and business development on Cafe chains, I was really lucky to getting to know all the top Coffee Specialist from the global clients or coworkers who are professional in coffee. By working with them, it makes me feel like I was in the coffee museum in my daily life with surrounded by worldwide coffee great experts.
And of course, everyone may have their very own coffee tastes, and for me- I always prefer make or get myself an Espresso based coffee as I enjoy seeing the classic coffee "Crema" stays on the top of my coffee and it smells really great as a real Comfort drinks to start a day with.
Somehow, I have realized all the coffee knowledge I have gained are either from marketing research or people. But I was more interested in getting practical experience by standing in the first line of doing customer service. Being a good Barista, this idea arose in my mind, and therefore I flied all the way to Australia to start with my coffee journey by chance.
~~~There is only one thing I forget until I get into the flight is...well.....I know nobody in this country and ....I hope I will be doing all right over there (fingers crossed...)

After finished nearly two months barista training at Impact and William Angliss Coffee Academy, I think I am now more likely becoming a coffee expert.

我們參訪了墨爾本當地著名的咖啡豆工廠"賈斯伯", 有很多當地咖啡廳皆是使用他們家的咖啡豆(他們家也是咖啡公平交易會員之一, 此組織主要是製訂咖啡交易的價格,旨在幫助咖啡原產國的農民不因為中盤商的剝削而失去應有利潤, 如下圖的標誌!)
