東京人口在2011年美國時代雜誌Time報導下, 包含都會區已經達到3,250萬人,榮登世界第一密集城市。在高度密集的城市, 餐飲服務業也相對達到極至巔峰才能在如此相對競爭的市場下生存下來!
Taiwan is a country that was once colonised for 50 years by Japan. Today would like to share some popular regions of Tokyo for people traveling reference, such as Shinagawa, Simokitazawa, Ikebukuro, GINKO.
台灣.一個曾經經歷日本殖民了近50年的國家,想當然爾台灣人的吃喝玩樂總是與日系潮流密不可分!
本篇主要介紹2012年,在日本東京大街小巷(品川, 下北澤, 池袋, 銀座)紀錄的分享~
Because of that, many aspects of daily life in Taiwan are influenced by Japanese culture. In year 2011, I got a business traveling chance back to Tokyo. The first thing to impress me was the metro system. They are very quiet inside the metro even in rush hour. The convenient transportation made our trip easier.So now please have a check some photos which by taking in regions of Shinagawa, Simokitazawa Ikebukuro and GINKO.

In Japan, we can see a lot of restaurants or Cafes that they insert the food story such as where do the vegetables come from? How does farmers plant them? Even like the shops history from several generations..etc. With all of the information providing, make us feel more in touch with them even if it's just a regular meal. 池袋 Ikebukuro (Bukuro) いけぶくろ
也許有人曾經聽過"池袋西口公園 IKEBUKURO WEST GATE PARK" 這個名詞有些許印象, 但這地方是我第一次到訪!跟著同事們一大早, 開始參訪池袋的餐飲業, 印入眼簾的是形形色色的食品=實品行銷!
不得不佩服, 日本在這個部分做的真不賴, 通常在店外看見的餐點模型與店內的一致性達到99%相似度, 台灣的大部分店家在這部分就略有差距, 令身為消費者一員的我忍不住嘆氣...每每拿到餐點後總是有微微的失落....
May some of you ever heard of a book named "IKEBUKURO WEST GATE PARK", but I haven't read it yet, just also got to know from my cousin. For me, I was the first time got the chance to visit this region of Tokyo. I wasn't sure it was so famous until I was there.
This area "Ikebukuro" is business central and entertainment places focus, if you like shopping, you will need to visit this place for sure. It's full of the range of department stores, dining restaurants, also once has been called "China Town".
在某百貨公司的一樓, 發現了一間十分明亮的精品糕點店-"年輪蛋糕" (バウムクーヘン )在台灣很少糕點會開在百貨的1樓, 更不會把整個烘培廚房帶進來, 讓我們這些路過的人有著耳目一新的視覺衝擊
既然是來做餐飲市調, 當然免不了買了一片來嚐嚐, 綿密的口感讓我們瞬間忘卻了東京的寒意, 心中多了分綿密的甜意。
但甚少人知道的是, 原來年輪蛋糕的創始國是德國稱做"Baumküchen", Baum, 指的是樹相同於英文的tree; Küchen 指的是蛋糕意指英文的cake, 亦等於樹輪蛋糕!
This bright shop catch all of our attention as soon as we went inside the department store.
It's pretty few dessert shop will set up their store at ground level of department store, of course not even their central kitchen because we all know the rent gonna cost the company so much. Seems we came here for market survey, we will definitely have to give it a try. The taste of tree-cake is actually quit fine with quit leveling inside. It's pretty much similar like a fine-making-classic-creamy sponge cake but more fun.
The interesting this is we found out that "Tree-cake" also named "Baumküchen" which is originally from Germany. What a surprise~

這兩張甜甜圈照片是我們在經過地鐵站時, 無意間被五顏六色的甜甜圈吸引, 腦中浮現
"彩色行銷"這個字眼, 原來除了手機電器以外, 甜點也已經被應用到極至, 真的是無時無刻都覺得胃口大開說~ 再加上連地鐵站都有提供伴手禮的精緻包裝, 讓原本僅是個普通的甜甜圈, 瞬間變成了時尚甜點~

Those donuts were located on the way to the subway entrance, with the colorful-marketing strategy has been successfully brought out our appetite. My coworker has bought one for a try, it's flavorful but for the Taiwanese people might be a little over sweet. The taste may be closer for USA type of dessert or better have a tea with. Also the pretty gift box remind people that they can definitely find the gifts for sure even it's the last second before visit their friend's home.
GINKO 銀座 ぎんざ
Ginko, one of the most luxious region in Japan.It's a place combine with Wallstreet of New York but next to the white house where Royal family of Japan lives. For sure, it will be the perfect place to enjoy all the high quality meal with enough budget on pocket.
But unlikely, it was just a business trip with enough budget. Why make me so lucky once again, just cause the day was starting with a super busy report preparing from my boss, we had a family mart sandwich whole day until 8'pm...finally...one of our branch office coworker, who I was chatting to discuss what we should get for a dinner for the last night staying in Tokyo, she recommends a very delicated place where she used to dining and also it's perfect for my boss who is vegetarian but available for seafood meal.
Therefore, we got in a taxi (first time takes taxi in Japan, for 10 mins driving costs us like quit amount which I couldn't remember anymore ) Luky us. we just wait outside of this restaurant for 10 mins cause normally Lily she said need to wait for couple hours regularly.
銀座- 近皇城的一個非常高檔商業區, 街上林立了國際知名品牌, 高級會所
附近的商業辦公大樓包含世界各地知名企業總部進駐, 有如華爾街的精英們聚集地
當然不是每次出差都有這麼好的運氣可以吃到銀座餐廳, 首先澄清當天為了趕工作報告, 同事跟主管們又用family的麵包果腹了....再拼命至晚上8點....終於在晚上9點吃到了一頓正餐!
