Coffee market size in Taiwan is increasing dramatically since last ten years. In year 2013, the sales volume of coffee has reached USD$17Bil. yearly.

去年藉工作機會參訪了美國咖啡連鎖店 "The Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf"， 此品牌原創於1963年南加洲，目前總部設立在洛杉磯。咖啡豆生意起家的他們，現今經營項目主體為全球咖啡店連鎖加盟及自有品牌"CBTL"家用咖啡機/咖啡膠囊產品銷售, 全球機場32間,亞洲展店已經超過550間，主要亞洲市場韓國(300間),其他如新加坡等, 

2013年自由時報報導"台灣人一年喝掉約23億杯的咖啡，整體咖啡市場有500億元"，平均一人一年喝掉100杯咖啡,就連耳掛式咖啡亦有5,000萬包的年銷量。如此驚人的數字讓一個僅有2,300萬人口的台灣, 成為全球連鎖品牌美國星巴客在亞洲的大本營, 今年第三季已達成全國展店近300間


咖啡飲品的急速成長趨勢更讓各家企業大廠瞄準這塊新藍海市場，紛紛投入咖啡黑金市場的實體營運! The Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf 產品主要分為六大類: 咖啡/茶飲, waffle鬆餅, 優格聖代, 現做水果優格(Yogurt Parfait),現做燕麥片(Oatmeal),咖啡聖代。這裡跟大家分享一些有趣剪影~

So, why not? One good thing about lives in Auckland is there are plenty of domestic flight deals or even sometimes Australian deals people can choose from and quite easy to get to the airport through Sky bus about an hour trip from city center.  After being working for a while in Auckland, we were thinking to get away for a long weekend trip.

紐西蘭威靈頓 Wellington, New Zealand ( Capital of New Zealand) Waterfront view - Wellington 威靈頓經典海景 本篇想介紹一下之前旅居兩年的城市 - 紐西蘭威靈頓(人口40多萬的紐西蘭小小首都) 轉眼間, 離上篇文章"台北"已經近N年之久了。 一直想找個時間來創作這篇文章, 但不知不覺半年就過去了。 這幾年人生也有重大轉變, 除了學習英文, 當了遊民中心的義工, 回台與家人好友相聚分享結婚喜訊。 在紐西蘭也陸續旅遊觀光了些小鎮。目前也搬到奧克蘭~未來再跟大家陸續介紹~ 來之前對紐西蘭這個國度的印象不多, 聽說這是一個綿羊比人多的國家, 從電影魔界看到綠油油的一片山與清澈無比的泉水。- 是的, 以上皆對! 這裡有時候子在郊區開車半小時以上都沒看到來車, 但倒是有無數羊群在兩邊的草原或坡上專注的低頭吃草。 (想像一下清境農場的放大版), 就對了!  入住之後才發現這是一個高消費的國家, 物價: 平均一個三明治台幣$250左右, 超市礦泉水一瓶$ 70-80,市中心3坪套房房租每月約台幣3萬不含水電...連生活在歐洲德國都沒有這麼誇張.... 但畢竟是一生中至少要來旅遊一次的國度, 建議大家抓好預算才不會敗興而歸唷! Taipei 101 - It was the tallest building in the world. Now, it is the landmark Skyscraper of TPE central. Well.. I think it's time to write about my hometown city - Taipei(TPE) I have thought about it since finishing my first blog post, but the truth is the longer you have lived in a place, the more difficult it is to express your feelings about it. Taipei Region has constructed from two main parts which are "Taipei city (2.7Mil ppl) + New Taipei city (nearly 4Mil ppl)". This means almost 6.7Mil people out of Taiwan's 24Mil population (~30%) live together in the same city. 紐西蘭 辛普利茅斯 ( 北島西海岸) New Plymouth, New Zealand (West Coast of North Island) 藍天白雲讓人自覺的拋空了一切煩惱 Spectacular beach view makes people almost forget the pandemic still happening 話說紐西蘭有一座火山狀似日本的富士山。這是今年2021年1月份突發奇想的旅行。經歷過去年封城後，終於踏出離家約200公里遠外的城市，在此分享一下在辛普利茅斯的三天兩夜遊。 辛普利位於紐西蘭北島的西海岸，離漢米爾頓約235公里(近3小時的車程)。後面一小時的山路有點像台北-宜蘭的九彎十八拐，會暈車的人可能建議在中間小鎮 Te Kuiti 蒂顧伊蒂休息一下。 除了開車前往之外，也可以從奧克蘭轉國內班機約50分鐘的航程即可抵達。 You may heard there is a volcanic mountain in New Zealand that looks like Mt Fuji in Japan. Well, this is the right place to view Mt Taranaki which is located in the Taranaki region (West coast in North Island). It takes around 3 hours to drive from Hamilton, however only 50mins flight from Auckland domestic airport.   紐西蘭 皇后鎮/箭鎮/米佛峽灣  Queenstown, Arrowtown and Milford Sound in New Zealand 夢幻的風景 Dream View 本次旅行是從奧克蘭出發的小蜜月旅行。時間點在結束了店長的工作，開始了奧克蘭租房仲介業協助管理130間租房，第一次跑紐法院上法庭和周工作時數超過65小時，但也學到了許多知識。去皇后鎮是得來不易的假期作為一個短暫休息。沒想到數周後，公司的員工旅遊也選擇了這個地方。這篇文章是綜合兩次的旅遊體驗整理而成的，所有照片都是我的攝影可以點擊放大! 紐西蘭的國土面積分為北島與南島，加起來約是台灣的七倍大。總人口五百萬人，近鄰國澳洲的第二大城 墨爾本 。今天要介紹的皇后鎮位於南島中央是紐西蘭的觀光重鎮。皇后鎮為旅遊業每年帶來三百萬的觀光人潮。除了國際觀光客，也是當地人的冬季滑雪勝地。附近開車45分鐘左右有知名的 滑雪場 ，除此之外也是 高空彈跳 的發源地。郊外還有 酒莊行程 可供參考。 New Zealand (Aotearoa in Maori) is a country located in the Southwestern Pacific Ocean which consists of two main islands.
